Upon evolving to Quagsire, this Pokémon’s power nearly doubles. While Wooper are relatively weak and only hunt small fish unlucky enough to get in their way, Quagsire will hunt Zubat - and if feeling especially brave, Golbat. The plum-purple coloring on their bodies acts as a warning to other Pokémon: the darker it is, the more powerful a Quagsire is.
