Heat waves have been occurring all over the world in the past month, shattering temperature records. We hope everyone has been staying safe, and hopefully today’s update will help cool you down!
Today we will be revealing a new Origin line and a new battle theme, so let’s jump right in!
Our first reveal of the month is the Origin Slakoth line! Made by our talented artist Elle, you’ll be sure to want to chill with this huggable beast!

Slakoth are relatively active all throughout the year, especially during the chilly Vesryn winters when even their thick coats don’t guarantee warmth from the bitter cold. They do much of the grunt work for the reigning Slaking pair of their pack, and remain close to them until they evolve and leave to start packs of their own.

Vigoroth aid Slakoth in tending to the needs of their Slakoth. Due to their increased strength because of evolution, they do the work that is too strenuous for the younger Slakoth. Like Slakoth, constant movement is required to keep warm in the harsh Vesryn winter.

These behemoth like creatures reside at the top of a pack’s familial hierarchy. Because of their immense size and strength, only one Slaking pair can preside over a pack. Any pack members that evolve must leave to find a mate and form their own, ensuring that the species never dies out.
